Peter was born
in Tamworth in northern New South Wales, the most eastern state of
Australia.,
third in a family of four children with one
older sister and brother, and one younger
brother. His childhood home was the rural
township of
Walcha, a sheep grazing district with a township of two thousand people on the
northern tablelands of
New South
Wales.
Peter’s family
moved frequently. From an early age Peter
displayed a deep interest in the spiritual side
of man and his ability to inspire and lead
groups. At the age of eight he was awarded the
prize of dux of religion for his class at his
Christian Brothers school, St Patrick’s College
Strathfield in Sydney’s inner west.
Later back in Walcha Peter became the
youngest Tenderfoot Boy Scout of his time and
School Captain at the local Walcha primary
school. Thereafter Peter found himself
captaining the sporting teams of his choice at
school.
After finishing
high school at Asquith Boy’s High on
Sydney’s northern out skirts Peter matriculated
to Macquarie University at West Ryde where he
studied three years full time.
Peter
joined the international accounting firm now
known as Deloitte, Touche, Thomatsu after graduating Macquarie
University with an Arts Degree, and then completed his Professional Year of
study and qualified as a member of the
Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Peter has acted as a freelance business
consultant, gaining broad international
experience. Peter’s
business experience includes promoting and
commercializing inventions, creating
international joint ventures for environmental
technologies, global corporate financing,
marketing and
internet promotion.
Most recently,
in October 2007, Peter fulfilled a life long
ambition and completed his Doctorate of Divinity
in Los Angeles, Untied States of America.
